Shariah note

7Re Retakaful operates on Wakala principles under the oversight of an independent Shariah Supervisory Board. We design our products, governance, and disclosures to comply with AAOIFI Shariah standards.

These Terms of Use are a legal document governing website access and do not form part of, or modify, the Shariah framework that governs our retakaful operations. Any apparent tension between these Terms and Shariah principles should be raised with our compliance team, and will be considered in accordance with our governance charter.

Governing law and jurisdiction
